This class great for activating muscles to ensure proper muscle groups are working and doing their jobs and full body workout. This class improves your cardiovascular health, boost bone density, increases coordination, and improves your overall well being.
Kickboxing is a great HIIT workout that burns a tons of calories quickly. During any given workout, you can expect to punch, kick, push, pull, and more. Some workouts will incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, benches, pull-up bars, and bands.
