Youth and Adult Boot Camp 

This class is a short, intensive, and rigorous course of training. Most of the children in this class are like-minded, common-goal-oriented, individuals who all work together to build strength and overall fitness! This great for children to learn team building. (Age 10-17)

Jump All Day 

This class great for activating muscles to ensure proper muscle groups are working and doing their jobs and full body workout. This class improves your cardiovascular health, boost bone density, increases  coordination, and improves your overall well being. 


Kickboxing is a great HIIT workout that burns a tons of calories quickly. During any given workout, you can expect to punch, kick, push, pull, and more. Some workouts will incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, benches, pull-up bars, and bands.
